Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All studio sessions are by appointment only. The last session must be booked at least 2 hours before closing time. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations: - Full refund with 48-hour notice - 50% refund with 24-hour notice - No refund with less than 24-hour notice Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost when requested at least 24 hours in advance.
