Multi-Episode Session Standard Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026, for all Sessions booked on or after that date. Sessions booked before August 1, 2026 are unaffected, even if the Session itself occurs after that date.

We're updating how multi-episode recording sessions are scoped across all PulsePoint packages. This applies studio-wide, to every client and every package — it's not specific to your account. This policy amends and is incorporated by reference into each client's Service Agreement and our Terms and Conditions; in the event of a conflict specifically regarding multi-episode session scope, this policy controls. Here's what's changing and why.

What's Changing

As PulsePoint has grown, we've seen more sessions where clients record multiple episodes back-to-back in a single 90-minute slot. Our packages were originally priced around one episode per session, so we're formalizing clear, consistent limits so every client — regardless of package or tenure — is on the same standard.

Raw-Files Sessions (No Editing)

  • Included: up to 2 episodes per 90-minute session.

  • Additional episodes beyond 2: $30 per episode in basic processing.

  •

Fully Edited Sessions

  • Included: 1 fully edited episode per 90-minute session.

  • Additional edited episodes/segments beyond 1: $45 per segment.

Reels and thumbnails included in your package are unaffected by this update. This only applies to additional full episodes or segments recorded within the same session.

Billing for Additional Episodes/Segments

Charges for episodes or segments beyond the included amount will be invoiced immediately upon confirmation of the overage count, generally at or shortly after the end of the session. Payment of these charges is due before final deliverables for the session are completed and released; Company will confirm the applicable overage count with Client before the session concludes where practicable, and will withhold completion and delivery of the final deliverables until payment is received.

Why We're Making This Change

Every session includes a fixed amount of studio time for setup, recording, admin, and communication — that part doesn't change no matter how many episodes are recorded. But editing time scales directly with the number of episodes or segments. Packages that didn't account for that meant some sessions were absorbing significantly more production time than they were priced for.

This update simply aligns what's included with the actual production time each session requires, so pricing stays consistent and predictable for everyone, and our editing team can keep delivering the same turnaround and quality you're used to.

What This Means for You

  • If you typically record 1 episode per session, this change doesn't affect you.

  • If you record multiple episodes or segments in one session, your account team will walk you through how this applies before your next booking — there are no surprise charges on sessions already scheduled or completed before the effective date above.

  • Episode/segment counts will now be captured at the time of booking so everyone knows what to expect going in.

  • Continued use of PulsePoint's services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of this updated policy, consistent with the amendment provisions of our Terms and Conditions.
