Cancellation Policy
Monthly distribution services automatically renew unless cancelled. To prevent renewal, cancellation must be processed via your account portal at least 15 days prior to the current subscription period's expiration date. Alternatively, written cancellation requests may be submitted to info@pulsepoint-studios.us (subject to same 15-day notice requirement) Cancellations submitted with insufficient notice will result in automatic renewal for one additional billing cycle No refunds will be issued for partial service periods already rendered
